By accessing www.jiwinaia.com, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this

Purchasing Products

After placing an order you will receive an e-mail acknowledging that we have received your order.
Please note that full payment of the goods must be received.
Your order will then be accepted and dispatched.

Pricing Policy

All prices on www.jiwinaia.com are in Euros (€). All prices on the Products page exclude
shipping fees.

Please note that JIWINAIA has no control over any customs or import duties that can be
applied to your order when it reaches your destination country, for which you will be liable.

Please contact your local customs authority to determine a landed cost price before you
make your purchase.

JIWINAIA will not be responsible for any customers who fail to cover the import duties and
taxes at destination. The payment must be made by debit, credit card, or via Paypal at the
time of the order. JIWINAIA may change the price of any product before your order is placed.

Before we accept your order, we will notify you in case the product’s price was incorrect,
or if it changed, then you may cancel or proceed with the order.
When using a promotional code, the discounted amount will be calculated and will appear at
checkout.
All items are subject to availability. If the item your ordered is not available you will be
contacted as soon as possible.

Exchange

All sales are final and cannot be returned or refunded, for all International orders
(outside Italy) and for all markdown items.

For hygiene and safety reasons all earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Details for exchange requests are to be directed to eshop@jiwinaia.com, within 14 days
of receiving your order.

The items can strictly be exchanged once and depend on stock availability.
The items must be unworn, intact with original label attached and original packaging.

JIWINAIA deserves the right to refuse exchange requests. Please do not ship any
jewellery back before a pre-approval via email. Customers are responsible for the return
costs. JIWINAIA cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen goods.

Should the Customer’s Courier fail to deliver or lose their return parcel, it is the Customer′s
responsibility to claim compensation.
Please ship via tracked and express couriers only, as JIWINAIA is not liable for any lost or
damaged returns and cannot be held responsible for any unforeseen delay.

Once the return is received and inspected, the customer will be notified via the provided
email address. The refund, if applicable, will be made to the original method of payment
within 10 working days.

Jewellery Care

All JIWINAIA pieces have been created and designed to meet the highest quality.
To keep the good quality of your costume jewellery please pay special attention to the tips below:

-Avoid contact with chemical products such as perfumes, lotions, soap, oils, detergents, hairspray, abrasive products etc.

-Avoid impact with hard surfaces, avoid contact with water and moisture, and keep away from radiators or sources of heat.

-Do not wear costume jewellery in swimming pools, steam rooms or saunas.

-Always take off your costume jewellery before doing household tasks.

-Only clean with a soft non-abrasive cloth.

-Keep earrings in separate pouches to avoid scratching.

Faulty Items

All our items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to
customers. For faulty items please notify via email immediately, by providing your purchase details.

JIWINAIA will review each request on a case-by-case basis and we hold the right to refuse a
return if we deem it to be unsatisfactory.

Delivery

Your items will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of payment excluding weekends
and public holidays.
Your orders will be shipped by DHL. Please note that customers are responsible of
collection and of clearance and custom charges.

The Customer is fully responsible for the collection of the order and for additional custom charges.
If the order is not collected, lost or stolen (following specific delivery indications provided
by the client), or if custom charges are not correctly remitted, the customer will be fully responsible.

All contents meaning logo, graphics, photography and imagery and text is of our property.
You may not use or copy any part of this website without our permission.

The customer confirms that all information supplied to the website is true and accurate.
